The final

The 2026 Gymkhana Cricket League closed with Sultans and Dolphins level on runs going into the last over, in front of a boundary lined with members, families and guests.

It was the kind of finish a club league is built for — competitive cricket, a full ground and a result that stayed in conversation long after the players left the pitch.

The season

Fixtures ran through the season, mostly in the evening under the ground lights, with teams drawn from members and their guests.

The league is one of the club's biggest commitments each year: it fills the ground, brings the dining hall to life afterwards and gives members a reason to be at the club every week.

Off the pitch

Match nights are club nights. Families come to watch, members meet on the boundary and the evening usually ends with dinner in the hall.

Details of the next season, including team registration, are announced through the club office and the club's Facebook page.
